This Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs the refund terms and conditions related to the sign-up fee in connection with the Referral Agreement executed with Realtor Loop. This Policy is effective for 60 days after the Realtor Loop form date on the Referral Agreement is executed.

Refund Eligibility

Eligibility is subject to specific terms and conditions outlined in the original purchase agreement:

  • Leads Closing Ratio: The agent is entitled to a refund if Realtor Loop didn’t deliver enough closing-ready leads after 3+ silver leads (LOs, Closing Loans) — 25% rate.

  • Failure to Provide Leads by Realtor Loop: In the event Realtor Loop fails to deliver any leads to the agent/broker as stipulated.

  • Non-Exclusivity of Leads: If leads provided to the agent/broker lack primary exclusivity and have been shared by Realtor Loop with other agents/contractors or networks.

  • Lack of Readiness or Ineligibility of Buyer: If leads provided by Realtor Loop demonstrate an unwillingness to participate in business activities with no miscommunication from the client assignment.

  • Pre-existing Contract: If the lead provided by Realtor Loop is already under contract with the agent/broker at the time of assignment.

  • Non-Responsiveness of Clients: If the leads provided by Realtor Loop are unresponsive for a continuous period of 10+ business days.

  • AI Acceptance and Guidance Performance Issues: If the Agent/Contractor does not receive lead hand-off results from templates or manual appointment submissions as expected after the payment session.

  • Lead Mislabeling or Faulty Data Within Our CRM: If the lead is labeled with false characteristics (e.g., wrong contact details, incorrectly tagged pre-screening call) that misrepresents the client.

  • Improper Attribution of Leads: When Realtor Loop does not receive any applications within 60 hours after the lead was contacted and assigned.

Refund Procedure

If one or more of the above refund conditions are met, the agent or broker shall initiate the process by sending a request to Realtor Loop, asking for cancellation or refund. Realtor Loop retains the right to evaluate whether or not the request qualifies under the outlined terms. The agent, upon a decision, must submit a claim for the refund digitally.

In all listed scenarios, the agent or broker must formally report the issue to Realtor Loop along with any supporting evidence and request an internal claim. Realtor Loop shall begin verifying the concern and initiate a replacement service review within one month from the reported date. Realtor Loop reserves the right to determine eligibility for a refund or service replacement.

Timely Report

The agent or broker must report any eligible concerns regarding lead replacement to Realtor Loop within a maximum window of 30 days from acceptance or referral. Failure to report within this period will render the lead satisfactory and ineligible for refund or replacement.

Eligibility for a refund is contingent upon signing the agreement. Without a signed agreement, the refund policy does not apply.

This Refund Policy reflects and sets forth the Effective Date mentioned based on agreed session versions. By accessing the Referral Agreement with Realtor Loop, you acknowledge and consent to adhere to the terms outlined herein.
